## Trial and billing

- Trial: 14 days on the plan you choose. A card is required to start it; the first charge is on day 14, with email reminders 3 days and 1 day before.
- Yearly billing: 20% less than twelve monthly payments, charged once at the end of the trial.
- Cancelling: from inside the product at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Leaving: everything can be exported, free, including after cancelling.
- Nothing is charged per use or on top of the plan.
- More than 15 people: contact https://primemgr.com/contact before signing up; there is no public plan above Scale.
- Billing currency: the price book for the business’s country, and US dollars for any country without one.
