Before you sign up

Ask whether Primemgr fits the way your business works: your trade, how many people are on the tools, how you quote and invoice today, and what you would need to move across from another system. It helps to say which country you are in, because tax, invoice wording and prices differ between them. The pricing page lists every plan and what each includes, and the features page shows what the software does. You can also start the 14-day free trial and try it with your own jobs.

Help with your account

If you already use Primemgr, the help centre has step-by-step articles for each part of the app, and signed-in users can raise a support request from inside the app, which keeps the conversation with your account. By email, include the business name on the account and the page or record involved, and describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot saves a round trip. Never send a password: we will never ask for one.

Billing and refunds

Plan changes and cancellation are in Settings, Billing, and take effect without an email. For a question about a charge, include the date and the amount, or the invoice number. The refund policy explains when a refund applies.

Your data and privacy

To ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, or deletion, email from the address on the account so the request can be matched to it. The privacy policy sets out what is held, why, and for how long, and the cookie policy covers what the website stores in your browser.

Reporting a security issue

If you think you have found a vulnerability, email the same address with the steps to reproduce it, and please do not access other customers’ data while testing. The security page describes how the platform is protected, and the contact details are also published in security.txt.

Who you are writing to

Primemgr is run by Mudasir Ahsan Khowaja, C13, Gulshan-e-Ali Phase 1, Federal B Area B7, Karachi, Sindh 75950, Pakistan. The about page says who builds it and how, and the terms of service are the agreement that applies when you use it.
