Automations move jobs, invoice, call webhooks and show their work

Automations can now move a job to another status, raise a job from an accepted quote, draft an invoice from a job or quote, send an issued invoice to the customer, and call a webhook of yours, signed. Each workflow also has What it would have done: your last 30 days of real activity put through it, showing every message with its details filled in and any that would have been blank, with nothing sent. The builder now offers only what automations can carry out, and lists the rest as coming later. Invoices and quotes can also be downloaded as PDFs, and a signed copy is kept when a customer answers a quote.
