Automations now run from what happens

Automations used to be built and switched on without starting by themselves. Now each quote sent, viewed, accepted or expired, invoice issued or overdue, payment, and job or booking created, moved or finished is recorded, and any switched-on workflow that listens for it starts within a minute. Steps that email the customer, tell your team, add a note or add a task to a job are carried out; a step that cannot be is marked failed in the run history and you are told. The same events now reach your webhooks.
