Quotes become jobs, jobs get invoiced, and team roles can change
Create a job from an accepted quote, invoice a job that had no quote, and change or remove team members.

An accepted quote now has Create job, which makes a job for the same customer with a task for each line of work they agreed to. A job with no quote can be invoiced from the job: a draft opens and you add the lines you are billing. In Settings → Team you can change a member's role or remove someone who has left; their access ends straight away. And a workspace whose subscription has ended, or is on billing hold, can still sign in, read and export everything, but new jobs, invoices and bookings wait until billing is sorted.
