Inviting your team
Inviting people, choosing what they can do, changing their role, removing someone, and how seats are counted.

Settings → Team → Invite somebody sends an invitation by email with the role you choose. The role decides what they can see and do.
If your plan has a seat limit, the page shows how many seats are used, and invitations not yet accepted count, so you are never surprised when someone accepts. Pending invitations are listed and can be withdrawn.
Changing a role or removing someone
In Members, choose a different role next to a person and Save; it applies from their next click. Remove takes away their access straight away, and their work stays attributed to them. You cannot change or remove yourself here, only an owner can make somebody an owner or change an owner, and a workspace always keeps at least one owner. Inviting the same person again brings them back.
