Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Try before you pay
Every Primemgr plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends, from Settings → Billing, and you will never be charged. If you do not cancel, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, or with the “Manage subscription” link in any receipt from Paddle.
- Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
- There are no cancellation fees.
- After that, you can still sign in to read and export your data. See our Terms of Service, section 9.
3. Refunds
Because the free trial lets you use Primemgr fully before you pay, payments are not refundable, including for the unused part of a month or year, except in the situations below.
We will always refund:
- a payment taken by mistake, such as a duplicate charge;
- a payment taken after you cancelled in time, for example when the trial ended after you had cancelled it;
- where Primemgr had a serious problem we could not fix within a reasonable time, which stopped you using the features your plan includes.
4. Your rights under the law
This policy does not take away any right the law gives you, and where your rights are greater, they apply:
- Australia: our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
- New Zealand: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies where you are acquiring the service as a consumer.
- United Kingdom and European Union: consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a subscription bought online, and the law may give a further cooling-off period when a free trial turns into a paid subscription. Primemgr is sold for business use, but if you are buying as a consumer, the rights the law gives you apply in full.
- Elsewhere: Paddle’s Refund Policy sets out the cancellation periods in other countries, and applies to every purchase.
5. How to ask for a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are paid by Paddle. You can:
- email us at admin@primemgr.com with your workspace name and the date of the payment, and we will arrange it with Paddle; or
- go to paddle.net or use the link in your receipt, and choose “Request refund”.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of approval. If you refund a payment, access that it paid for ends.
6. Payment disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us or Paddle before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a dispute can pause access to your workspace while it is reviewed. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge.
