Air conditioner service checklist

A split-system or ducted service, item by item: filters, indoor and outdoor coils, the condensate drain, a supply-air temperature reading on cooling, controls and electrical connections.

The checks

• Filters cleaned or replaced: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Indoor coil clean: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Outdoor coil and fan clear: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Condensate drain clear: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Supply air temperature on cooling (°C) (a finding above 16 °C)
• Remote and thermostat working: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Electrical connections tight, no signs of heat: pass, advisory, fail or not applicable
• Notes for the customer
• Checked by: the technician’s name

Use it in Primemgr
