What Primemgr is

Primemgr runs the day-to-day work of a service business, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice. A quote goes out as a link the customer can accept on their phone; an accepted quote becomes the invoice in one click, with only the lines the customer agreed to; jobs go on the schedule with the right person, with their tasks, time and photos kept on the job; and every customer’s history is in one place.

It is built for trades and service businesses: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, automotive workshops, cleaning, pest control, device repair and appointment businesses such as salons, where the job happens on site, in a bay or in a chair rather than at a desk. How it is built

• Your data is in its own database. Every organisation gets a separate database, not a shared table with a customer column. A routing bug cannot show you somebody else’s records, and the isolation is tested by trying to break it.
• Backups that are restored every day. A per-organisation backup every night, checksummed, and a real restore rehearsed daily into a scratch database rather than assumed once a year.
• Support cannot look without asking. Access to your workspace is requested with a reason, granted by you, time-boxed to at most four hours, revocable instantly and recorded in your own audit trail.
• Export everything, free. Your data leaves in a usable form whenever you want it, including when you cancel. It is not a retention lever.

Who runs it

Primemgr is operated by Mudasir Ahsan Khowaja, an individual (sole trader) based in Pakistan, trading as Primemgr, of C13, Gulshan-e-Ali Phase 1, Federal B Area B7, Karachi, Sindh 75950, Pakistan. You can contact us at admin@primemgr.com.

Payments are taken by Paddle, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record, so your receipt and any tax invoice come from Paddle. See our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Pricing and trial

Every plan includes the modules for your trade, with a 14-day free trial; bigger plans add extra modules. Prices are set in each region’s own currency (converted once from the US price and rounded, so they do not move with the exchange rate) and are on the pricing page.
