Who publishes them
Everything in the blog, guides, templates, glossary and free tools is published by Primemgr, the company that builds the job management software of the same name, and carries the byline “Primemgr Team”. We write for the people who use it: owners and staff of trade and service businesses who price, schedule and invoice work.
How they are made
- Drafted with AI assistance. Pieces are drafted with an AI writing assistant working from primary sources: government and regulator pages, legislation, official statistics, and the product itself. The header images are also generated with AI image models; they illustrate the topic and show no real customer, employee or place.
- Sourced. Every figure, rate, rule or legal requirement links to the page it came from, and the date it was checked is recorded. Where a figure is a worked example rather than a measurement, the text says so.
- Accurate about our own product. Statements about Primemgr are checked against what the product does today. Where it does not do something (for example, take card payments or sync with accounting software) the page says so rather than implying otherwise.
- Checked before publication. Each piece passes automated checks before it goes live. They cover originality against everything else we publish, depth, broken links, whether each time-sensitive source still says what we quote, and a compliance risk review. A piece that fails is held back with the reason, not published.
What they are not
They are general information for running a business. They are not legal, tax, financial or safety advice for your situation. Rules differ by country, state and trade. Where a page covers them, it links to the official source; check that source, or a qualified adviser, before you rely on it.
Dates and updates
Each page shows when it was published. It shows an “Updated” date only when the page itself changed after that day. We do not re-date pages to make them look fresh.
Corrections
If something is wrong or out of date, email admin@primemgr.com with the page and the problem, or use the contact page. We fix confirmed errors and change the page’s updated date when we do.
