No-show

A customer who does not turn up for a booked appointment, without telling you.

Updated

A no-show is a booking the customer neither attended nor cancelled. It costs the time slot and often the chance to fill it.

Reminders reduce them. In this product every booking sends a confirmation by email and a reminder 12 hours before, outside quiet hours, and appointment businesses can record No-show as its own outcome.

For example: a customer books a Saturday morning clean and nobody is home or answering the phone when the cleaner arrives. Under the business’s booking terms, the deposit is kept.

How Primemgr handles this

Primemgr emails a confirmation with a link to reschedule or cancel, and appointment reminders before the visit; a missed appointment can be marked as a no-show so it is counted.
