Signing up, choosing your trade, and what the setup does for you.

When you sign up you choose your country and tell us what your business does. Only countries we genuinely support are offered, and one still in beta says so.
Your industry setup
From your answers we propose a setup for your trade: the words your screens use (a plumber sees "Jobs", a device repairer sees "Repairs"), the fields you fill in, the statuses a job moves through, and the modules you start with. You see the proposal before anything is applied, and nothing is applied until you confirm it.
You can change the words, fields and modules later in Settings → Terminology, Fields and Modules; the statuses come with your industry setup. Anything you change is yours: when we improve your industry setup, your changes are left alone.
Where things live
Customers, bookings, jobs, quotes, invoices and reports are in the menu. Everything about how your workspace is set up is in Settings.
