One price per team, from 1 to 15 people

Yes. A payment method is collected and verified before the trial begins. Nothing is charged until day 14, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

No. Each plan is one price for a team of up to a set size (1, 3, 6 or 15 people), with the modules for your trade on every plan and no per-user fees. Adding someone costs nothing until the team outgrows its plan, and then you move to the next size.

No. Everything a plan includes is in its price, and nothing is charged per use.

When you set up, we switch on the modules your kind of business needs, and every plan keeps those. Extra modules are the ones you add yourself later, such as stock, service agreements or memberships: Starter includes none, Small 2, Team 6, and Scale every module. Leads, messages, reports and sites are included on every plan and never count. Turning one off frees its place for another.

In Australian, New Zealand or Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, or euros in Ireland, if your business is in one of those countries, and in US dollars everywhere else. Each price is set in its own currency, converted once from the US price and rounded to a whole 5, so it does not move when the exchange rate does.

Yes, in any currency, whatever your plan is billed in. You choose it when you set up, with your own sales tax name and rate, and can change it later for new work.

You are told immediately and given time to fix it. Access is restricted before it is removed, and your data is retained throughout: a failed card is not a reason to delete a business’s records.

20% against paying monthly for twelve months. The yearly price is charged once, at the end of the trial.

Payments are not refundable, including for unused time, because the 14-day trial lets you use everything first. We always refund a payment taken by mistake, one taken after you cancelled in time, and one for a period when a serious problem we could not fix stopped you using your plan. Your rights under consumer law always apply; the refund policy has the details.

Scale is for teams of up to 15 people. If yours is bigger, get in touch through the contact page before you sign up and say how many people need access, and we will tell you what we can set up.

Yes, in either direction. If you are on a price that is no longer offered, you keep it until you choose to move, and the product tells you that is what is happening.
