Pest control treatment record

What every treatment should record: the target pest, the product applied, the areas treated, the re-entry time, the activity found and whether the customer was told when it is safe to go back in.

The checks

• Target pest
• Product applied
• Areas treated: Interior, Roof void, Subfloor, Exterior perimeter, Garden
• Safe to re-enter after (hours)
• Activity found: None, Low, High
• Customer told the re-entry time (yes or no)
• Notes for the customer
• Checked by: the technician’s name

Use it in Primemgr

Turn on Forms in Settings → Modules, choose Create a form and start from “Pest treatment record”. Change any check to suit how you work, then publish it. Fill it in from the job; anything marked as a finding can be turned into a quote in one click, with the reading written on the line.

Use it on paper

The list above works as a printed checklist as well. Keep the reading, not just a tick, wherever there is a limit: the number is what the customer can check.
