  1. Services. At each visit we will: Service the equipment listed in the schedule; Report anything that needs repair. The services do not include: Parts and repairs; Work outside the task list. Other work is quoted separately and done only with your approval.
  2. Visits. Visits take place every month, starting 30 September 2026. We will confirm each visit in advance, and either of us may move a visit by agreement.
  3. Price. The price is $120 per visit, plus any tax that applies. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date.
  4. Price changes. We may change the price by giving you 30 days’ written notice. If you do not accept the new price, you may end this agreement before it takes effect.
  5. Access. You will give safe access to the site at the agreed times. If we cannot get in, we will rebook the visit.
  6. Pausing. You may pause visits by telling us before the next one is due. Visits that fall due while paused are skipped, not owed.
  7. Term. This agreement continues until either of us gives 30 days’ written notice.
  8. Care and liability. We will carry out the services with reasonable care and skill.
  9. Your rights. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have under federal or state consumer law, including any cooling-off period that applies.

This produces the clauses most service agreements need, in plain words. Read it against the consumer law where you trade before you use it, and ask a lawyer to review it for larger contracts. The generator adds a line naming the rights your customer keeps whatever the agreement says.

Is this a legally binding contract?
It can be, once both of you sign it, but it is a template. Laws differ by country and state, so check it before relying on it.
Is anything I type sent to you?
