Top to bottom, dry to wet

In every room, dust high surfaces before low ones and vacuum before mopping. Clean surfaces before disinfecting them; disinfect high-touch points and bathrooms rather than everything.

Rotating tasks keep visits the same length

A fortnightly clean cannot do every deep-clean task every visit. Tick the rotating tasks when they are due, a group per visit, so everything is covered every month or two without the visit running long.
