First-time fix rate

The share of jobs completed on the first visit, without a return trip.

Updated

First-time fix rate is the percentage of jobs finished in a single visit. It rises when technicians arrive with the right information and parts, and falls with every callback or trip back for a part.

For example: a team that finished 85 of 100 jobs on the first visit has a first-time fix rate of 85%. The other 15 needed a return, usually for a part or information missing before the first visit.

How Primemgr handles this

Primemgr does not calculate this automatically yet. Each job lists its visits, so the jobs that needed more than one trip are visible on the job itself.
