Service agreement
An arrangement to do recurring work, such as regular maintenance, on a schedule.
Updated
A service agreement is an ongoing arrangement to do regular work: servicing an air conditioner every six months, cleaning a property weekly, treating for pests each quarter. It turns one-off customers into recurring ones.
In this product, an agreement raises each visit as a job a set number of days before it is due, ready to book.
For example: a café signs up for a quarterly service on its three air conditioners. The agreement lists the units, the tasks at each visit and the price per visit, and each visit is raised as a job before it is due.
How Primemgr handles this
In Primemgr the equipment you service is recorded against the customer as an asset with its service dates, and the customer's record shows what is due or overdue. A service agreement raises each visit as a job a set number of days before it is due.
