Service agreements

Recurring visits that raise their own jobs ahead of each due date.

Turn on Service agreements in Settings → Modules. An agreement is recurring work a customer has signed up to: a quarterly air conditioner service, a monthly pest treatment, an annual safety check.

Add one from the customer’s page: what the work is, how often (every week, fortnight, month, quarter or year, or every few of any of these), the first visit, and how many days ahead each job should be raised, up to 90. You can add the site, the equipment it covers, the location that does the work and a price per visit.

Every day the app raises a job for each visit that falls within its lead time, titled with the date it is due, so it appears in your jobs to schedule like any other. A visit is only raised once. Monthly and yearly visits stay on the same day of the month rather than drifting. Agreements lists them all with the next visit due; a paused or ended agreement raises nothing.
