What you need
- The job on your phone
- Camera
Steps
- Complete the checklist for the job type.
- Take after photos of the finished work.
- Record time on site and materials used.
- Note anything that needs future work.
- Walk the customer through what was done and get their sign-off.
- Mark the job done so it can be invoiced the same day.
Done looks like
A completed checklist, photos, time and materials on the job, and a sign-off.
If something goes wrong
If the customer is not there to sign off, photograph the finished work and note who you spoke to.
