Some regulated work, such as electrical and gas work, must be certified as meeting the required standard once it is finished. Who issues it, and when, depends on your country and the type of work.
In this product the electrical setup gives certified work its own stage, Awaiting certificate, so a job cannot be marked done before the paperwork is.
For example: after installing a new switchboard, a licensed electrician gives the customer the certificate their state requires, confirming the work was tested and meets the standard.
How Primemgr handles this
