The record of one piece of work: what is being done, for whom, where, and its progress.

A work order is the record of a single job: what needs doing, for which customer, at which site or on which piece of equipment, and how far it has got. Trades call it different things: a job, a job card, a repair order, a treatment, a clean.
In this product every work order moves through stages you can see at a glance, and each stage change is recorded, so there is always a history of who moved it and when.
For example: a customer reports a dripping kitchen tap. The work order records the customer, the address, "kitchen tap leaking at the base", who is going and when, and later the parts used, the time on site and the customer’s sign-off.
How Primemgr handles this
In Primemgr a job is a numbered work order. It carries the customer, the site and the equipment, a priority, and a status from your trade's own stages; visits on the schedule, a task checklist, time recorded against it, and photos and files all stay on the one record.
