Why a rota

Regular visits have a fixed length, and the price is set on it. Splitting the less frequent tasks into groups and doing one group each visit covers everything without any visit running over.

Two groups or four

Weekly visits suit four groups, covering everything monthly. Fortnightly visits often suit two, covering everything monthly as well; four groups covers everything every two months with shorter additions per visit.

Keeping the rota going

Record which group was done at each visit, so the next cleaner continues the rota rather than starting it again. In job management software a service agreement raises each visit ahead of time and the notes carry forward.
