Primemgr vs Tradify: pricing and features compared
For six people, Tradify Pro is A$312 a month ex GST and Primemgr Team is A$115. Compare AU and UK prices, what each includes, and when Tradify is better.

Tradify and Primemgr are both built for trades: quotes, scheduling, jobs and invoices. Tradify charges per user on three plans; Primemgr charges one price per team size with the modules for each trade included.
Tradify’s prices
- Australia (AUD, per user per month, ex GST): Lite $48, Pro $52, Plus $62.
- United Kingdom (GBP, per user per month): Lite £34, Pro £37, Plus £44.
- A Custom plan is priced on request.
Quote options with online acceptance, appointment reminders, quote and invoice reminders, timesheets, job photos and compliance certificates start on Pro. Job tasks and purchase orders start on Plus.
Primemgr’s prices
- Australia (AUD a month): Starter, 1 user, $65; Small, 3 users, $80; Team, 6 users, $115; Scale, 15 users, $220.
- United Kingdom (GBP a month): Starter £35; Small £40; Team £60; Scale £115.
- Paying yearly saves 20% on each.

What is different about Primemgr
- One price per team size, with the modules for each trade included, and extra modules on bigger plans.
- Your business’s data sits in its own database, not a shared table, and our support team cannot look at it unless you grant access, for at most four hours.
- Quotes with options and optional extras that customers accept online are on every plan, and online booking can be switched on.
- A customer portal: one private link where a customer sees their bookings, quotes and invoices.
- Export everything, free, at any time, including when you leave.

When is Tradify the better choice?
Tradify syncs with Xero and QuickBooks Online, plus MYOB in Australia or Sage in the UK, takes online card payments through Stripe, and has iPhone, iPad and Android apps. It syncs with Google Calendar, sends quote and invoice reminders, handles progress invoicing and recurring jobs, and produces compliance certificates. For a sole trader, Lite costs less than our Starter plan. If you need accounting sync, online payments or compliance certificates today, Tradify does those today; we do not, and accounting sync is not on our plans.
Moving from Tradify
Export your customer list from Tradify as a spreadsheet (CSV) and import it: you match its columns to ours, see a preview of every row, and duplicates are caught before anything is saved.
Quotes, jobs and invoices do not import. Finish the open ones in Tradify, or add the few still in progress by hand, and keep Tradify’s own export of your history for your records.
The 14-day trial is long enough to run a normal week of new work through Primemgr before you stop paying for Tradify.
