In short
Primemgr is job management software for trade and service businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: quotes customers accept online, scheduling and online booking, jobs, invoicing and a customer portal. It costs one price per team, from £35 a month for one person to £115 for a team of 15, with the modules for each trade on every plan, extra modules on bigger plans, and no per-user fees. There is a 14-day free trial. See every plan.
One record, start to finish
Every job follows the same five steps
- 01
Quote
Sent as a link, accepted on a phone.
- 02
Schedule
On the board, with the right person.
- 03
Job
Tasks, visits, time and photos on one record.
- 04
Invoice
From the accepted quote, in one click.
- 05
Paid
Payments recorded on it, balance always shown.
Built in, not bolted on
Your data: kept apart, backed up, and yours to take
Your data is in its own database
Every organisation gets a separate database, not a shared table with a customer column. A routing bug cannot show you somebody else’s records, and the isolation is tested by trying to break it.
Backups that are restored every day
A per-organisation backup every night, checksummed, and a real restore rehearsed daily into a scratch database rather than assumed once a year.
Support cannot look without asking
Access to your workspace is requested with a reason, granted by you, time-boxed to at most four hours, revocable instantly and recorded in your own audit trail.
Export everything, free
Your data leaves in a usable form whenever you want it, including when you cancel. It is not a retention lever.
The modules
What you get
Scheduling
Put the right person on the right job, and see the day before it starts.
Jobs and work orders
One record from the first call to the signed-off job, with its history attached.
Quoting
Send a quote that can be accepted on a phone, and invoice it in one click when it is.
Invoicing
Turn an accepted quote or a finished job into an invoice in one click, and see what each customer still owes.
Customer records
Every contact, quote, job and invoice for a customer in one place.
Inventory
What is on the van, what is on the shelf, and what the job consumed.
Inspections and forms
The checklist your trade uses, filled in on the job, with findings you can quote.
Automation
Follow-ups on quotes and overdue invoices, a thank-you after a job, and alerts to your team, plus appointment reminders.
Customer portal
A private link where your customer accepts quotes, sees bookings and invoices, and messages you, so they stop ringing to ask.
Asset management
The equipment you service, its history, and what is due next.
Pricing
Four plans, from 1 to 15 users, priced in your own currency, and 20% off when you pay yearly. Every plan has the modules for your trade, with no per-user fees and nothing charged on top; bigger plans add extra modules.

A cancellation policy says how much notice customers must give and what happens if they do not. What to include, sample policies, and the consumer law to check first.
FAQ
Common questions
What does the trial include?
Fourteen days on the plan you choose, with everything it includes. A card is needed to start, your first charge is on day 14, and we email you 3 days and 1 day before it. You can cancel from inside the product at any point without speaking to anybody.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export all of it, free, in a usable format, including after you cancel, for the length of the retention window. Export is not something we hold back to make leaving harder.
Can your support staff see my data?
Only if you let them, for as long as you allow, and you see it in your own audit trail. A support request names a reason, you grant it, it expires on its own within four hours at most, and you can revoke it instantly.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Anything a customer touches (approving a quote, booking a time, checking their bookings and invoices) is a web page that opens in the browser they already have.
