Comparisons

Every figure carries the date it was checked, and every comparison says where the other product wins.

What to compare before you choose

How the price is worked out. Job management software is priced per user, per job or per team, and the same product can be the cheapest for one person and the dearest for a team of eight. Work out the monthly cost at your team size today and at the size you expect in a year. The guide to per-team pricing works through all three models with real figures.

Which plan has what you need. Online booking, recurring jobs, inspection forms and stock are often on a higher plan than the headline price, so compare the plan that has your list, not the cheapest one.

Tax, and getting your data out. Check that invoices meet the rules where you work, and that everything you put in can be exported in a format another system can read before years of jobs go into it.

Buyer’s guides by country and trade

Every comparison states when its figures were checked, says where the other product is the better choice, and reproduces none of their material. We would rather lose a comparison than win one dishonestly.
